I started a small business because I couldn’t keep waiting for someone else to step up.

Over the course of my career as a Montessori teacher, administrator, and developmental therapist, I noticed all these parents had something in common - they didn’t understand how kids develop.

And because of that, they didn’t know how to handle typical parenting challenges - like picky eating, tantrums, not listening, and sibling rivalries.

So, I became a certified parenting coach and started helping parents create the family life they dreamed of.

Then, I went to a conference that was really more like a summer camp for therapists…

A couple years later, I attended a conference that was really more like a summer camp for therapists. I spent two weeks learning, getting vulnerable about life's ups and downs, singing karaoke, and being part of a community of people who truly supported one another.

When I got home, I started looking for a group that would bring some of this into my regular life, but I didn’t find anything that really fit. So, I started Zesty Life Club.

Outside of work, you’ll find me lounging on the couch, chatting up the barista in a local coffee shop, or walking the Monon Trail.

I’m probably drinking a Spanish latte at Bovaconti, rewatching season two of The White Lotus, or playing badminton in the backyard with my husband.

Throughout my work, I’m all about showing up authentically, being honest even when it’s hard, and trying to find a bit of humor along the way.
