We chat about a self-help book via Google Meet at 9:00 AM the first Saturday of every other month.
I guide the discussion with questions while leaving room for us to bring our own stories into the conversation.
Didn't end up reading the book? No worries, please come anyway!
The point is to enjoy our time together and have a meaningful conversation, not pass a quiz. -
We do something fun around Indianapolis once a month.
Think coffee dates at Bovaconti, dinner at Sakura, walks on the Monon Trail, and other low-key outings. -
Once a month, you'll get something special from me right to your mailbox.
Think life musings, reflection prompts, recipes, and generally anything that I think would make your life sweeter. -
Stay connected with your new pals in our private Facebook group.
Share your thoughts on what we're reading, respond to something from the snail mail, or just tell us what's going on in your life.
I created Zesty Life Club because I was tired of feeling alone
In 2025, I went to. a conference that was really more like a summer camp for therapists. I spent two whole weeks learning, being vulnerable about life’s ups and downs, and being part of a community of people who truly supported each other.
I know it’s cliche, but it was a truly life changing experience.
When I got home, I started looking for a group that would bring some of this into my regular life and came up empty -handed.
So, I decided to start my own.
